Who are the parents of Jerusha Parke Burdick (KWJT-H78)

Please refer to him and not me. I just moved his discussion to this site. 😊
Trying to verify the real parents of Jerusha Parke Burdick (KWJT-H78).
One Jerusha Parks Burdick was born 25 January 1809 in Scipio, Cayuga County, New York, United States to Benjamin Marvin Parke (1775-1860) and Lucy Lord (1783-1860) and died April 1883 Farmington. This is what is on FamilySearch.
The second
Jerusha Parks Burdick daughter of Benjamin and Lucy Wilkenson of Whitesboro, New York.
I found a record of a Jerusha daughter of Benjamin and Lucy Wilkenson but not Benjamin and Lucy Lord.
Which of the two is her mother and father?

What is the record you found showing Jerusha as a daughter of Benjamin and Lucy Wilkenson of Whitesboro New York?
On Jerusha's FamilyTree person page (KWJT-H78) there is a note by one researcher with findings that indicate the real parents are Benjamin and Lucy Lord Parks. She writes:
"An error has long existed in the records of Jerusha Parke's ancestors. This error originated with the book "The Descendants of Robert Burdick of Rhode Island", page 336. From records of Jerusha, she had indicated her parents names were Benjamin and Lucy Parks and that she was born in Scipio, Seneca County, New York. The Benjamin and Lucy of Whitesboro were thought to be the right parents, since Whitesboro is only about 70-80 miles northeast of Scipio.
However, when checking to see when Benjamin and Lucy might have migrated to Scipio, it was noted that land transactions took place in Whitesboro between them and others after the birth of Jerusha. They seem not to have ever gone to Scipio.
Alden Burdick's father Gideon indicated in his Revolutionary War Pension Application that he had lived for a time in Athens, Ohio. In researching the records of Athens, Ohio it was noticed in the census records that there was another Benjamin Parke in Athens, Ohio where Jerusha eventually married Alden Burdick. Further research found that this Benjamin was married to Lucy Lord and that they had migrated from Scipio to Athens and had other children born in Scipio. Jerusha proved to be the daughter of this Benjamin and Lucy and not the couple in Whitesboro."
I have done no research myself, but do you have plausible evidence that Jerusha's family were ever in Whitesboro? Tracing where the family lived at a given time with records like land, tax, census etc. is indirect evidence of parentage, especially if you have proof of an exact birth date and place.

Thank you
I went to the notes and read what is there.
There is a record a Jerusha daughter of Benjamin and Lucy Wilkenson but not Benjamin and Lucy Lord. I think that is the problem. Lucy's birth, daughter of Lucy Lord, has not been found or was not recorded.
All evidence is that my wife's Jerusha is the daughter of Lucy Lord as is listed in FamilySearch so I am going forward with that. My interest is that I am trying to collect all stories of my children's ancestors and I am trying to verify those stories and ancestors.
Thank you again
Richard

That is a worthy quest! If everyone did that, think of all the errors that could be corrected in the tree. I have a link in my direct line that's been there for years but there are no sources and no reason for why those parents were attached. Since I can't disprove it, I've just left it.
