Familyhistorymail not working?

When I try to get to familyhistorymail I get this error:

HTTP Error 500.37 - ANCM Failed to Start Within Startup Time Limit

Common solutions to this issue:

ANCM failed to start after 120000 milliseconds

Troubleshooting steps:

• Check the system event log for error messages
• Enable logging the application process' stdout messages
• Attach a debugger to the application process and inspect
