I read:

Huusman Jonn i Ramberg för sin hustru som för __ sig och kommit förtidig med sitt barn

Translation:

Huusman ("house man", tenant?) Jonn in Ramberg for his wife who ___? and had a too early delivery(?) (litterally: has come early with her child).
