Translation:

Jens Christensen Weaver of Siem(?) and Maren Christensdatter of Thorup (Torup) | became engaged/betrothed Wednesday the 4th of October. The bondsmen were Jens Bødker (cooper-an occupation) and Jens ________ of Eijstrup (Ejdrup parish?) | (I haven't been able to translate Sissmælte(?) but it appears on numerous entries on the page) pair/couple married Sunday 25 past Trinity, the 12th of November

There is, I think, a good chance that this is the couple in the 1801 census: https://www.danishfamilysearch.com/cid1657166. They are living in Sønder Kongerslev parish which is about 8 miles north-east of Torup. The names match and his occupation is a weaver.
