Ok ... I think its Canning Town.

Looking up the address on Google Earth, it is the Plaistow area of London. During the time of he document it may well have been known as Canning town. If you look using Google Earth you can see the actual address and surrounding areas.
In looking at the other records on the sheet it appears that the birth year it was 1874.
