The attached document is an emigration record from Rafz, Switzerland I found at the Zurich Archive.
It contains the family of Hans Sigrist with their birth years. There is a note to the right of the children's names. I am not able to translate the entire note. Can you translate it for me?

N(ota)B(ene): dieser hat ehrliche mitel gehabt, aber darbej liederlich Hauß gehalt(en), häte folglich nit mehr lang bestehen können, deßmeh(ren) auch ein(en) schlechten Vorrat bej sich hat.
It is difficult to translate this word by word - I try to stay close but mainly just convey the meaning:
This is listing the family of Hans Siegerist (today spelled Sigrist), born 1705 as son of Hans Jörli (Sigerist), and his wife Anna Wildberger of Neukirch, born 1709. They had 4 children, born 1731 to 1742. The note specifies: He (the family) had reasonable means, but the household was lead badly. As a consequence he could not have got on for much longer. As another consequence he had with him only poor (travel) stock.

It would be nice if you could quote the exact reference, preferably including the signature number at the (I assume) the Zürich State Archive … could it be "A 174.1"?

I just notice that "your" Hans Sigrist can be found on https://www.geneal-forum.com/tng/fan.php?personID=I29363&tree=ejf&parentset=0&generations=4. Hans died Okt 1763 in York PA. According to this the couple had another daughter, Anna Maria Dorothea, born on sea in 1747; she married a Felix Albrecht, born 1734 in Neerach ZH. On https://www.geneal-forum.com/tng/fan.php?personID=I29360&tree=ejf&parentset=0&generations=6 you will not only find her, but also several generations Wildberger.
