I am researching for a family member wife's grandfather birth record.
Salvatore Marinari Born: 1882. Place : Cervaro, Caserta, Campania, Italy
Any one know where we can send a request in Italy for this record , and any record that would have Salvatore Marinari's parents names would be greatly appreciated.

Cervaro is in Frosinone province. The contact information for the Anagrafe / Stato Civile is on this page but you may need to have certified email to contact them through email (which you can only get if you have an Italian Codice Fiscale). So you may need to call, use snail mail, or hire a researcher in Italy to request on your behalf.

It is entirely possible that you are slightly off on the town or place of birth in Italy. I often find it helps to exhaust US records first. Where did you find that town and birth year? Do you have ship manifest, draft registration cards, naturalization papers, death certificate, date of death and location?
If you would like to share some details, perhaps we can go further.
