Now that we have no option to use the old Tree view, I wanted to point out a problem I have discovered with regard to the Temple Work icon. I have repeatedly run into the situation where there is temple work available but the Temple Work icon does not show the proper status. I don't know if this is a known problem that is being worked on, but this never happened with the old view and it has been there from the beginning with the new view. I'd love to see it fixed. If there is another place that I should report this, I would be happy to do so. I would also be happy to find and report a situation where this occurs. I hit it pretty much every day so it wouldn't be hard for me to do that.

Personally, I have found the status of temple icons in the new tree views to be completely reliable. So I'm sure that a specific case would be helpful. When you report it, it would be helpful if you were viewing the tree for a deceased person (that will make it simpler for others to duplicate the problem). And also mention whether you are referring to Landscape or Portrait view (I imagine they would act the same in this regard, but it might make a difference).

Since it is happening to me pretty much every day, I will come up with a specific example and will not make any changes so it can be seen. This is happening in landscape mode, and when I am looking at descendants of someone related to me. I will do as you suggested.

In Landscape view there are limitations. You see icons only with current spouse in view along with that spouse's children and parents, will not show if with another spouse unless you switch the spouse, then that become visible along with that spouse's children and parents. It has not been an issue unless you're using mobile.

The problem I'm seeing doesn't involve the other wife and it's one a PC, not a phone. It is in the family line currently showing. For example, there will be a green temple symbol by one of the children (which does need ordinances) but there is no temple symbol at all by the parents. In most cases, if there is a child needing ordinances, the parents also have a green temple symbol and clicking on that will allow you to reserve ordinances for the parents and all children that qualify. I'm going to find a good example and provide it to FS support.

If parents are showing green, the parents are in need of one or more ordinances getting done. If none show, all ordinances are done for these persons. If it is just one child, then that child is in need of whatever ordinances in need of getting done.

@Mike St Clair Engineers are asking for more details. Can you provide a target person and expected behavior for a given action?
