If the User/Patron feels comfortable with you and your 'Message', they may use their Given/First Name (or, even, First and Last Name) in their response; but, do not be discouraged if they do not, straight away, many people value their "Privacy" (ie. anonymity); and, you need to establish a 'rapport'; especially, in this 'day and age'.

DO NOT let such a concern hold you back from make (first) Contact.
