It's Santa Maria del Giudice, which is part of the city of Lucca. This is his arrival (line 13) - the ship doesn't exactly match the declaration of intention, but that's not uncommon: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-C9TK-F9HR?i=303&cc=1368704&personaUrl=%2Fark%3A%2F61903%2F1%3A1%3AJFCD-XTG
And he came back in 1914 with his wife Corinna: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-C9T6-KVJW?i=616&cc=1368704&personaUrl=%2Fark%3A%2F61903%2F1%3A1%3AJJSV-CYC
I looked up the birth and marriage records using the 10-year indexes available for Lucca in this collection: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-89W7-16LZ?owc=MCR8-3PD%3A349802601%2C349802602%3Fcc%3D2043811&wc=MCR8-V38%3A349802601%2C349802602%2C349931401&cc=2043811
Here's the birth records of the twins (top and bottom on left side): https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-99WQ-LQ58?i=625&wc=MCR8-7WL%3A349802601%2C349802602%2C349815501&cc=2043811
Born 5 Aug 1882. Agostino born first. Parents are Domenico Giusti son of deceased Bernardo, age 50, and Luisa dell'Osso, daughter of deceased Francesco.
Here on the left is Bernardo's marriage to Corinna Giusti on 25 Apr 1914: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-89W7-16LZ?i=1203&wc=MCR8-V38%3A349802601%2C349802602%2C349931401&cc=2043811
Corinna was age 22, also born in Santa Maria del Giudice, daughter of deceased Raffaello and living Carolina Giusti. Both of Bernardo's parents were already deceased.

Upper right is Domenico's death on 3 Jun 1897. He was about age 65, son of deceased Bernardo and deceased Annunziata Bini(?) https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-99WQ-RZ4W?i=2569&wc=MCR8-H68%3A349802601%2C349802602%2C349836101&cc=2043811

Wow! You are totally amazing!
I have been trying to find my Grandfathers birth record for years.
Is there anybody that can help me translate to English?
The Domenico's death record gave me the names of my Great Great Grandparents which I never had: Bernardo and deceased Annunziata Bini(?)
Any reference of their occupations or where they lived?
I have been told my Grandfather was from Pisa and my Grandmother was from Florence.
They were not related even though they had the same last name.
My Grandmother would tell me about the farm she lived on.
My Grandfather told me he worked on the Eiffel tower.
It does not make sense because the Eiffel tower was complete in 1889 when he was 7 years old.
Unless he worked after it was complete (or child labor).
I did find his first trip to the USA Arrival Date 8 Dec 1901 Departure Port Le Havre France.
Thanks for your fantastic help!

Domenico's occupation on the 1882 birth records is that of miller. Agostino was born at 4am and Bernardo at 4:30am. Other than that, you have all the genealogical information from Agostino's and Bernardo's birth records. You also have Domenico's signature at the bottom of each birth record.
No occupations given for Domenico's deceased parents in his death record.

When I go to the link below I see over 100 more links and each link has about 2,000 pages.
That is over 200,000 pages. How do I search for something? Do I have to click through one document at a time and look? Any search tools?

You have to search these with your eyes. Each type of record (birth / marriage / marriage publication / death) generally has a handwritten index for each year. However, the folders in this collection have multiple years and sometimes multiple types of records so there will be multiple annual handwritten indexes. Usually they are at the end of a set of records for a year but sometimes at the beginning.
The Allegati folders are supporting documents, usually for marriages but sometimes for other types of records. They do not have an index but each set of allegati corresponds to a record number, e.g. 1881 marriage #45. There is usually a cover page for each set. Sometimes they are in numerical order but not always.
The folders that say "indici decennale/i" have 10-year indexes for the indicated type of record. They are usually mixed in with the other records in the folder but you often find them after the end of a book for a year ending in 5 as the 10-year periods generally run from 18X6 to 18Y5.
The easiest way to browse these is to set the FS image viewer to show multiple images at once and not just a single image. Viewing them in a matrix of 10 images across allows you to better identify the cover page (or cover) of a book as well as the indexes, and you can also scroll through hundreds of images quickly.
For example, below you can see the cover page of a section (yellow), the beginning of an annual index (blue), the cover of a book (red) and a regular marriage record (green). The records are in numerical order and in chronological order.

Great!
That was a big help.
I have been running various OCR programs on it.
Some programs do detect handwriting but very poor results.
Best results seem to be with the human eye.
Hopefully someday a computer can be programmed to convert it.
Thanks for your help,
Larry
