1. I'm unsure of myself, is 4 July the birth, another recorded this date as 14 July.

2. The last word of the first line is smudged and perhaps not important.

3. I'm not familiar with the 3 blanks on the second and third line.

The 4 July was born Pehr Anders' son who was christened the 18 Sunday (godly word?) Sunday 18 July, was named Nils

 

I am not totally sure about that vd, but it is suitable in here.

I think the phrase is Latin, "vel Dominica 7 Trinitatis" meaning "or Sunday 7 Trinity".

I didn't see the 14 until I really zoomed into what seemed like a 4.
