I am trying to figure out what the note on the left margin is about in the christening record for Liborio Seraphim Di Dio in the Valguarnera Caropepe, Enna , Sicily, Italy Church record on FamilySearch.org. It appears to be a note about a marriage? What parish might it be and where can I find records for it? The church you found is so far away from Valguarnera Caropepe, Sicily that I wonder if that would be the place of marriage for this couple. I can't seem to find another place named Lecce however. Any other ideas? Thanks.

Here is the 1926-1935 marriage index for Valguarnera and he isn't listed, which may mean one of two things (or both):
- He had moved away from Valguarnera so it wasn't his domicile and he didn't need to register his marriage there; and/or
- He only had a church marriage and not a civil marriage.
