My translation attempt:

Maria, (*)?, resident in Rocca Canavese, and who have requested of me to publish for the marriage ? in this office marriage celebration, _; and have declared to me that the groom was born in Cirie, the bride in this municipality, the groom having resided for one year from today in the municipality of Cirie, and the bride in this municipality, having no adoptive father nor mother to hinder their marriage by any impediment of kinship or affinity, or other impediment established by law.
These statements have been confirmed, with the guarantee given in this legal form, by Berdetti Francesco, age 33, (*) Secretary of Cresto Carlo, age 47, Mayor, both residing in this municipality, witnesses present at this event. Having examined the documents presented to me which, with my approval, I insert in the volume of attachments to this register, I declare that the banns will be made in Cirie in this municipality.
The documents are: copies of the birth certificates of the spouses, issued by Sarroco della Parrocchia di S. from Cirie duly legalized both by me civil state official, authentic act of consent of the father of the groom, death certificates of the mother of the groom and of the father of the bride. This is not a marriage certificate. It is a marriage publication, the civil equivalent of banns in the Catholic church, a request for public announcement of a planned marriage (the dates of the public announcements are in the margin).
