I am helping a person in Liberia to find BMD information on his deceased brother Prince Gondon. I have researched FS and found what might be some info on his father and mother but not him. I have googled for Nimba Liberia web sites and really found no genealogical websites. I know this has been a worn torn area and census did not start until 2008. Do you have any other guidelines or help? Thanks Caryl

We encourage you to look under all the Research Helps that are posted on this site. Have you looked on Ancestry? They have Public Member Trees that are posted under "Search" that are very helpful. If you do not have an Ancestry account, you can go to a local FamilySearch Center.

Local FamilySearch Centers can be located by clicking on the map symbol on the right-hand side of the FamilySearch screen, and then clicking the "locate FamilySearch Center". A map will come up showing the FamilySearch centers.
