Notation on a Birth Record

On some Prague baptismal records from the 1880s there are notations of abbreviations after the child's given name such as seraf., pad., bor., and nepom. Does anyone have a list of these and their meanings? Are these the child's patron saint? Does seraf. stand for Seraphicus and nepom. for Nepomuckého? How are they chosen?

I am happy to report that once again I answer my own question.
The abbreviations mean that the lucky boy was named for a particular Saint, for example Karel bor. signifies Karel Boromejský.
