Where is the Turner family from?
Number 8 entry is the one I need help with. Joseph Turner. It lists his parents as Matthias Turner and Ava Maria Hubl are from what town. Zwichen?? I'm at the Family Search Library in Salt Lake City and the translators are having a hard time figuring it out. Thank you.

@Karla Thurner I think the place is called Zwoischen; it used to be in South Bohemia. Not sure if it exists anymore, today's name in Czech appears to be Svojše.

Thank you, I think I found it on the old gazetteer and it's not far from where I'm researching.

Just wanted to add to the answer... Svojše is a tiny village nowadays with only approximately 30 people living there. It is considered to be a part of the (very) small town of Rejštejn located in the Pilsen region of Czechia.
