Try to figure out catalogue ?? in FamlySearch
First I got and email telling me how to notify a specific person but cant find it and dont remember how to use it. Was it as above ?? I dont use facebook or tweets or anything like that so the technical nomenclature is not something I'm aware of. Aannnyway.
The lady above told me that some things are not indexed in the nice easy way on the Familysearch db. (If im using the right language.) So then you need to go to the catalogue. She provided the nice little picture below, which is worth a 1,000 words.
However in trying to search for a marriage record I seem to run into a brick wall. All the records I search are locked with a little camera. I understand if they are not accessible, Now maybe some are and some are not but everything I look at are locked.
Let me tell you what I'm trying to figure out.
Violet Jose Hall , in one place it says Hull miss transcribed, but (GKNW-BLB) did she marry Lewis D Jones. What I mean to say I suppose is I know that a woman named Violet Jose Hall did marry a Lewis D Jones. I have the records, see below for that, but is that woman, V.J.H. the same woman as GKNW-BLB.
I would like to see if there is a marriage record, but cant quite figure out how to use the catalogue to sort that out. I keep getting locks when I look at things. Please, I really dont know how to use it but I try to poke around and seem to get lost or fail in my attempt.
Of course there may not be a record ? But if there is then I assume that there will be a family member that will have signed the Banns or Marriage certificate that will verify or not that this is the same woman as MY V.J.H. (GKNW-BLB)

First, the locked symbol above the film means that FamilySearch is not allowed to provide online access by the record owner. The locked films can be viewed at a FamilySearch Center or the FamilySearch Library,
Second, the above marriage index is for records held by the General Register Office. The marriage record can be ordered at gro.gov.uk. Currently, marriage records are not provided via a PDF. A copy is sent via mail. Civil registration started in 1837 in England and Wales.
The marriage record would contain the following information. (From FamilySearch Wiki)
Date
Place
Denomination (if a church marriage)
Names of the bride and groom
Whether single or widowed
Ages
Occupations
Residences
Names and occupations of their fathers (and often whether deceased)
Signatures of the bride, groom, and witnesses
If either of the parties was illegitimate, the name of the father may be suspect or missing altogether.
Do you know the parish they may have been married in? FamilySearch may or may not have parish registers after civil registration started. I have seen some that go into the 1900's but not many. Usually, you will just need to order the marriage record from the GRO. I don't research in Wales but there may be county record offices or family history societies that hold the later parish records.

O yes parishes records not marriage certificates
Well the census puts them in the parish of Llantrisant wales.
Ecclesiastical parish:Llantrisant in 1891. If thats rigjt.

I have tried to find parish records for the above but they all seem locked. I mean everything seems locked. Is that true? The catalogue seems like its for actually going to Utah or a family search locations or going local ??

Some parish records are indeed locked and can only be viewed at a FamilySearch Center. The link that I gave you for Compton Bishop, Somerset should not have been locked if you were signed in.
I see that your question does not have to do with Somerset records. You are hoping to prove the marriage of Violet Josie Hall to Lewis D. Jones with a parish marriage record. Before I address that, it seems from looking at the sources that you have legitimate evidence that the Violet Hall in the civil record is your Violet Josie Hall. The 1939 census has Violet living with her mother and her surname is Jones.
To find the parish marriage record for Violet and Lewis you need to identify the parish. In 1911, Violet is a nurse at a sanitorium in Canton Commons, Grangetown, Cardiff. It appears she is living in staff quarters at the sanitorium, which is located in St. John parish (per the 1911 census). If you search the FamilySearch catalog for church records in Cardiff, St. John Church of England records are accessible, but there are no marriage records after 1904. These records are indexed: Wales Glamorgan Parish Marriage Registers
Knowing that Violet's parents had joined a Wesleyan congregation in Ferndale, it's quite possible that she was married in a non-conformist church. As you can can see from this list in the FamilySearch Wiki there are many Non-conformist congregations in the parish of St. John, most of which do not show any existing archived marriage records. It's also possible she went home to be married, although I could not find any mention of her in newspapers, as I did her sisters. I gave you a link previously to Welsh newspapers, but they are kind of tricky to search. Here are the articles I found:
