Sharing names with group or temple isn't removing them from my reservation count

I love the family group option! It makes it so easy to share the baptisms with my cousin's children who go to the temple frequently. My brothers and sisters and cousins (I have made two groups, one for my dad's side and one for my mom's) have all begin to draw names out and do the work as well as add names in from their own research. This has been a great resource. But..... shouldn't the number of ordinances I reserve drop when I share them with the group? And shouldn't the number of ordinances I have reserved drop when I share them with the temple? I have a group who attends the temple with me every week. We frequently do sealings and initiatory work as well as ordinances. I haven't had ordinances expire. I do a lot of descendancy research and have had a lot of ordinances available to my family, so I feel like it should be ok to reserve them as I find them because we are getting the work done as a family. Right now I feel stuck because I am no longer allowed to reserve more names even though I have shared with the group and the temple.
