Thank you so much. You did a little better than I did, it makes more sense now. I was really stuck on "Heartwarming regards" I thought it might be a place name. It's such a great photo, it's a shame they weren't related. Apparently they were friends of the family. I'm never sure about google translate because of changes to language over time and idiomatic phrases. It can really complicated translations.
