Help translating birth record
I'm new to deciphering Italian records and am trying to pick out the names of the parents of Maria Pellegrino Guazzelli and am struggling. Based on other Italian birth records I've look at, the father and his father as well as the mother and her father are listed. Can someone look at this record and let me know if I'm looking at this correctly?
The father is Rafaello Guazzelli. His father is Gio Domenico Guazzelli.
The mother is Virginia Del Paolini and her father is Givolamo Paolini.
Also, in the case of the record for Maria, below, her last name is listed first, followed by her first & middle name. Is that correct? If so, is the "Elisabetta" on the next line also part of her name?
I feel like there is more information on this record that could be helpful but I can't read Italian and don't know what to look for. I do see that there is a note in the margin of Maria's marriage to Luigi.
Any help from those of you with more experience than me would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you,
Robyn

A link would have been helpful as the screenshots you posted were far to small. Fortunately I was able to find it: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-89W7-LDCK?i=198&wc=MCR6-B6D%3A349802601%2C350177401%2C954429701&cc=2043811
She was born 20 Aug 1873. In Italy there are no such things as middle names. There are given names and there are surnames. Her given names are Maria Pellegrina Elisabetta. Her father is Raffaello (son of deceased Giovanni Domenico) Guazzelli, age 29, peasant farmer. Her mother is Raffaello's wife Virginia (daughter of deceased Girolamo) Paolini. She was born in the frazione of Casciana in Camporgiano.
According to the margin annotation, she married Luigi Santarini in Camporgiano on 21 Apr 1895: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-L9W7-LNGL?i=2069&wc=MCR6-B6D%3A349802601%2C350177401%2C954429701&cc=2043811

@Cousin Vinny Thank you so much for your help!!! I'm sorry for the small images and am grateful you were able to find the records. Thank you for the links! Was Maria born in the frazione of Cascinana, or her mother? Is the frazione like the outskirts of town?

The baby was born in Casciana.
A frazione can be a neighborhood/quarter in town or a village or hamlet outside town. In this case it is a village about 5 km northwest of the main town.
