The 3rd of June, 1874, at 10 o’clock in the morning, (Acte de naissance) Official Birth Record of Weinspach, of masculine sex named Albert Alfred was presented to us, born the 31 May past (in other words, the previous month) at 2 o’clock in the evening (or afternoon) in Paris, Chaunsson (?) Street (not sure about the next characters, perhaps part of the address? Same symbols below in the address of the mid-wife, so perhaps an abbreviation of some location Y3),
Son of unnamed father and of Marie Weinspach, day worker 24 years old, living on Rambouillery (?) street, unmarried, upon the declaration of Madame Eugénie Louise Formé,(not familiar with the term femme bouger, which translates literally moving woman) mid wife 27 years old from Chaunsson (?) Street Y3. Having attended the birth and in the presence of Maglonie Désiré Bruant, merchant, 48 years old (her address) (a second witness – her employee 45 years old – her address) and then the official who states that he is a civil registration officer of the 11th Arrondisment of Paris.
The marginal notes seem to be just official signatures – Mayor of the 11th arrondisment on the bottom, and the one on the top says something about this Acte being received the 22nd of April 1877, something about the 18th of October by the mayor’s office of the 12th arrondisement. It does not completely make sense to me, but perhaps the records were transferred between arrondisemnts for some reason.
