Looking for a Transcription of an 1839 Probate Record/Will for my Ancestor Thomas Gibboney. He lived in Wythe County, Virginia and came to America abt 1815. See below.

In the name of God, Amen.
I Thomas Gibboney of Wythe County Virginia think proper to make this my last will and testament as follows. I dear that all my just debts be paid and for that ___ ___ that __ part of my estate either real or personal or a part of both as may so __ be sold by my Exexutorix and Executor ___ named.
I give and desire to my dearly beloved wife Margaret all the ___ of my estate after the payment of debts both real and personal to her and ___ forever she paying ___ ___ as may be ___ to complete the education of my son James, not exceeding ___ __ ___ ___.
I ___ and appoint my said wife Margaret Gibboney and my son Robert Gibboney executrix and executor of this my last will and testament. ___Testimony where as I have ___ set my hand and affixed my seal this seventh day of September in the year of our Lord, One Thousand eight hundred and thirty nine. Thomas Gibboney
Sign, Sealed, published and ___ by this Testor as ___ for his last will and Testament in our presence who have subscribed our names as ___ ___ on his presence and at his request.

I give and devise to my dearly beloved wife Margaret all the balance of my estate after the payment of debts both real and personal to her and her heirs forever she paying such sums as may be necessary to complete the education of my son James, not exceeding five hundred dollars.
I constitute and appoint my said wife Margaret Gibboney and my son Robert Gibboney executrix and executor of this my last will and testament. In Testimony where as I have hereto set my hand and affixed my seal this seventh day of September in the year of our Lord, One Thousand eight hundred and thirty nine. Thomas Gibboney

Virginia. At a court continued and held for the Wythe County at the courthouse on Tuesday the 10th of December 1839.
This is the last will and testament of Thomas Gibboney, Dec'd was presented in court, proved by the oaths of Ephraim McGavock and John P. Mathews two of the subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded.
And on the motion of Robert Gibboney the executor named in said will, who took the oath required by law and together with Andrew S Fulton and John P. Mathews his securities entered into and acknowledge a bond in the penalty of $8,000 conditioned as the law directs. Certificate is granted him for obtaining probate of said will in due form.
