Indexing and reviews report .

Hello everyone just need someone to help me out what to do.I love indexing and reviews but only indexing shows in my target chart and my reviews still 0 eventho in my opportunities page shows more than thousands names.When come to our ward report of indexing my reviews still 0 ,thinking what is going on with my indexing.
