Sorry, one more question. Over to the far right, for Harald Jørgen Gunst, what does it say? Is he a son of Johanna?

Hi Stacy,
I think that Johanna's birth place is Sverrig = Sweden.
The word describing Harald Jørgen Gunst's profession looks like "Kantornudhjælper". I don't know what that is, but I am sure that @Niels Just Rasmussen could help with that.
The census doesn't say that Johanna is Harald's mother...but...Harald and Nancy are brother and sister, and Nancy is listed as a "child". It is important to note that it doesn't say her child, but that must the case.
Harald's birth record is here (#41): https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?bsid=458438#458438,81772419 and Nancy's is here (#76): https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?bsid=180720#180720,30683358. The parents in both records are Jørgen Lauritz Gunst and Johanne/Johanna Cecilia Lindberg.
As a bonus, Nancy's birth record says that her parents were married in Matthæus church in Copenhagen on 21 November 1880. That record is here (#257): https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?bsid=433092#433092,79021985.

Birthplace is "Sverrig" [in modern Danish: Sverige = Sweden].
She came from Copenhagen in 1884 to her current location [these are not always correct as it is based on the memory of the person's questioned by the census taker].
I think it must say "kontormedhjælper" [= office assistent], otherwise it doesn't make sense.
Could it be her here in Odense - Census 1890.
Johanna Cecilia Gunst, née Lindberg. 33 years old [1857], born in Ystad, Sweden.
