Oh that handwriting where letters from above and below obscure a lot what he writes.
Perhaps: "huusman Joen af Ramberg för sin ?...? som för ?..? ?sig? och ?...? ?...? för..? med ?sit? Barn.
No idea with his handwriting and the two weird lines from the M in Ramberg down to the number 38 - is it two different paragraphs or what is going on?
Huusman [Houseman] Joen in Ramberg is at least something to go on.
A Husman only has one building to live in, but owns it himself. The often survived by doing a certain craft (but country-crafts, not guild-crafts).

I can add in a bit of the transcription:
"huusman Joen i Ramberg för sin hustru som fö_set sig och kommet förtidig? med sitt Barn"
The meaning is not fully clear to me, but it seems that Joen has received(?) or paid some money because his wife has given birth too early (maybe to short after marriage?).

Yeah I couldn't get any "hoved eller hale" [head or tale], as we say in Danish, out of it!
Your explanation certainly makes sense if she gave birth a short time after marriage (hmmm)!
I have another idea worth considering: I wonder if it could be that the wife came to church (presenting her child) to early after giving birth (as it seems that it's only his wife that seems guilty here - he pays for her!).
In Denmark at least the "Ritual of Introduction" until 1754: It must have been somewhat like that in Sweden as well.
After given birth she had to stay away 5-6 weeks from church, as she was an easy victim of the devil (before Reformation in 1536, in catholic times, she was also regarded as unclean). She was lead to church by the priest and then had to wait at the "våbenhus" [= weapon house; in eng. church porch ?] while he started the service. Then at some point he had to introduce her back in to her usual seat [people paid for their seats in church, so everyone had a fixed seat]. So perhaps she was tired of waiting at the church porch and went in before the priest had lead her back in?
Or even she went to church with her child (presenting it) before the priest had set an introduction date?
NB: Mothers were NOT present as the baptism of their own children in these times. That is why you see written with woman held them at the baptism!
