I can't get all of it, but I can understand some fragments.
Top of the page we have a Sockenstämma [= parish council meeting] ved Rölanda Förbsamling the 27. November 1730 held in the church after service.
Bryngel Tolfsson i Tveten lists the expenses (I think) for 1730 and that includes "til altartaflans förfärdigende" [= to the finishing of the altar piece].
I can't discern whether he had contributed money to the altarpiece himself or he just lists the expenses of the parish?! Anyways he clearly is a man of some status in the parish when he is part of the parish council meeting.

Rölanda Kyrka had its "altaruppsats" [english "retable"/altarpiece] build in 1730 by the sculptor Nils Falk!
So it totally fits with the expenses mentioned in the parish council meeting of 1730!
It was finally put up and fastened in 1734 by Abraham Habin from Uddevalla.
The tower of the church is from 1936 as is the pulpit, but the oldest part of the stone church goes back to before the Black Death (1350-1351 in Sweden).
Pictures of the church including the altarpiece (though small image).
