Based upon your surname of Savchenko, I'm guessing you are referring to an Orlivka in Ukraine. It looks like there are several different villages in Ukraine with that name. Do you happen to know which Orlivka it is, or an oblast/region in Ukraine? That would be very helpful to help you find the right records for the right location.

I have civil registration from Olivka but it is in Russian and I can't read it...but I have a project done by researchers and I would like to e-mail it to you which shows the registrations. Further the Olovka or Orlivka they referred to was in Kulykivka Raion, Chernihiv Oblast if that is of any help...Donna
