Are there Swedish records that are searchable for more recent people?
I have created the family in FamilySearch based on records found in Ancestry.com. These look correct as their locations are all the same and similar notation in names/records.
However, with my limited tools, I don't know if the children are living or deceased. Are there tools today that would allow me to discover this? I know modern Swedish privacy laws may prohibit this, thus I'm asking.

The Swedish Death Book version 7 will let you see all deaths in Sweden 1860-2017. That is the best way to solve your problem. You can use it for free at a family history center but it installed properly to family search so if you go that route you can only use version 6 which only covers 1901-2013. If you come into the SLC FHL, we have a physical CD of version 8 that you can use. You can also buy a copy here https://www.rotterbokhandeln.se/product.html/sveriges-dodbok-7. It costs 600 Swedish Crowns which is about $60. It is well worth the money.

Thank you, Tanner. I will have to stop by the FHL as I'm not interested in buying it at this time and only wanted to look up one family.
