Ciao! I am transcribing this Atto di Nascita, but there are three words that I can't get (nor the spelling nor the meaning). Could somebody help me? Thank you!!

The first word is a surname, Fiocca. He is a judge of the tribunale (district court) and is named on the front page of the register. His signature is on the top of every foglio in the book.
Second word is nuora (daughter in law)
Third word is Conicella, which refers to a neighborhood/hamlet of Poggio Sannita. Not sure exactly where precisely it is located.

I thought the first word was a surname, but I didn't know about the judge.
"Nuora" is almost the same that in Spanish "nuera" (I speak Spanish)... How did I not figure it out?!
