Needing help with cause of death - København death records

The cause of death seems to be something about typhoid and pregnancy, but I can't make out the first word. Here is the record:

The first word is Fetus (same in English). The last two words are in graviditet (in pregnancy). So it seems to indicate that that she died from typhoid fever during pregnancy which can also affect the fetus and often leads to miscarriage.
