Here's this, transcribed in Swedish then translated into English. I left three Swedish words that I'm afraid I couldn't work out: Johan Fredrik was a Sylare by trade, and Erik Leonard was a Hofdentist, and some member or committee that is mentioned near the end.
Year 1864, June 6 appeared in the Town Hall in this State, signed by Magistrate Members, as these made request, to perform legal estate distribution after the watch maker Erik Fougelberg passed away February 8, 1850, and his wife Anna Catharina Fougelberg, born Kindahl, likewise passed away June 13, 1852, as their surviving heirs, son Carl Pontius Fougelberg in America, with Sylaren Johan Fredrik Lindström in this State who married the daughter Erika Emerantia Carolina Fougelberg, and the deceased son Hofdentisten Erik Leonard Fougelberg in Stockholm left behind minor children, whose names and number are unknown.
Among the Stadshus delegates appeared by ordinance Sylaren Lindström on behalf of his wife, whom the [*] decreed on February 25, 1859 to be guardian for Carl Pontius Fougelberg staying in America…
Hope that helps!

Jared Mark Korth,
Thank you!
Carl Pontius is my great great grandfather. When he camre to America he changed his name to Bird. So the family line stopped for awhile.....because we did't have the correct name to research in the Swedish records.
I have since found the names of his father and grandfather.
This is wonderful to be finding out more.
Thank you. The information is fantastic that you provided.
The document is a 6 page estate. It has alot of information ..that I can't read.
I will post small parts of the documents to gather more information.

Glad to help! If you have trouble finding the family name in other records, keep an eye out for "Fågelberg" as well. Fågel is the Swedish word for Bird. The Fougelberg spelling surprised me, strikes me as a strange choice even before spelling was standardized, and it may well have been spelled [misspelled?] Fåg- or Fog- by other record keepers who didn't expect the 'ou'.
