Is it possible to receive a translation from Russian to English of the following marriage record?

Jakub Górski and Aniela Kilanowska       

Married 1887 in Sieradz

Jakub Górski's parents: Józef Górski and Zofia Powroz

Aniela Kilanowska's parents: Edward Kilanowski and Elżbieta Kawecka

I'm new at Russian translation, so anyone who would like to correct my mistakes, you are welcome.

It happened in Sieradz on 23 June 1887 at 7:00 in the evening. The groom was Jakob Garskim, 22 years old, metalworker, son of Jozef and the deceased Zofie Povrozob? The bride was Aniela, 21 years old, daughter of Edward and Elzbieta Kavetzka, Edward was a bricklayer (from Oeradza?) It lists the 3 banns that happened before the marriage but I won't put in the work to get those dates (they are in May and June).

One more thing, in the left hand column it says in Polish that he died on 5 April 1948 and that the record is in the civil registration records, number 78/48.

the translation from Sue is good, some minor corrections and additions

• the declinations, the groom name is Jakob Garski, "между Гарским" is "between Garski" , his mothers last name is Powroz most likely. "из Поврозов" means "from Powroz family"
• he was a carpenter
• (probably the most important one) Jakob was born in Szadek

I would also put the date as 5th of July because the document gives dates in both Julian/Gregorian calendar and Gregorian is the latter.
