Assistance with translation of marriage record
I would appreciate help with some of the handwritten text in the following marriage record. The clues in this record may help me to understand the time line for this couple.
Joseph Engelhardt (9SXF-B45) had already been married twice in France. He first married in 1846 to Salome Zerr in Niederlauterbach, Bas-Rhin. They immigrated to New Orleans, where she died in 1853.
Joseph returned to France and in 1860 married Marie Eve Heintz in Neewiller. Their marriage record mentions the death date of the first wife in New Orleans.
In 1871 he married Catherine Schroeder in Wintzenbach. Their marriage record seems to indicate that Marie Eve died in New Orleans. However, there is evidence that she was living there in 1880. That's why it is critical to understand this record.
