Marriage notice
Hi,
I'm looking for the marriage notice for Francesca Orobello and Vincenzo Nastasi in Bagheria, Palermo, Sicily in 1894.
I searched in Italy, Palermo, Bagheria (Tribunale) 1866-1910.
I found the birth certificate for their daugher Francesca Nastasi in that record in 1894. They were supposedly married in 1894. HOWEVER, I can't find it in 1893 nor 1895.
BUT the problem is I looked through pages1345-1832. I can't find ANY marriages for 1894.
Could someone please glance at the document, and see if I just missed the whole section for 1894 marriages? I don't think I did. I looked through all of it twice, and it's appears that it's just not there.

Francesca Orobello's age is 20 on her daughter's birth certificate. See if you can find that record around 1875, which might list the marriage or death dates in the margin. If the book is missing from the municipality, the state archives will have the marriage record.

And where do I find the state archives for that town in 1894? Thanks.

The state archive would be in Palermo. You'd have to contact them directly. I doubt the copies would be free.

Thanks. I don't know if I actually need it, since I have his birth certificate. And censuses showing they were married. But would be nice to have.
