Ancestors from Fontanarossa, Italy

I am interested in finding birth and marriage records about my great grandfather and his wife from Fontanarossa.My grandfather was Giacomo Duni, PID KVLT-F8V/ born 12 July 1848, Fontanarossa, Gorreto, Pavia, Lombardy, Italy, died 14 December 1935 Sonoma, California.

My great grandmother was Adelaide Perozzo, or perhaps Perzzo, PID KVLT-F2Z / born 17 May 1856 Genoa, Italy. Died 30 October 1940 Los Angeles, Los Angeles, California.

Church records from Fontanarossa are online on FamilySearch (see: https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/999789). Here is the birth of Giacomo Duni on 12 Jul 1848: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HT-DCXS-ZM5?i=481&cat=999789

Unfortunately, records for the city of Genova before the year 1866 are not online. Civil records for Genova are online on FamilySearch from 1866 onwards (see: https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/2046914). I check the marriages for the years 1877-1879 and I couldn't find any Giacomo Duni.

Note that Genoa can be both the name of a city but also the province, and so Adelaide may have actually come from another town elsewhere in the province.
