Translation of Swedish to English

I'm writing my auto-biography and want to mention how my great grandfather was warned about Mormonism. It is written in the remarks of parish household examination records. I would like the translation to be as accurate as possible as I would like to quote it.

It is the top item : Johanes Ljungstrom, 1860-1865, Malmohus, Gardstanga A1-11, image 106, page 184

I appreciate any help that I can get. I have been able to translate about 1/3 of it but I would like more.

here comes what I read:

Fick frägdbevis 1863 19/3.

Se attesten om hans frägd. Varnad af Pastors Embetet den 5/4 1861 för utspridandet af Mormoniska villoläran. Bekom hinderslöshetsbevis för ingående af äktenskap inom Annelöfs __ d 27/11 1861. - Har ut taget lysning för sig och henne

Translation:

Received honesty certificate 19 March 1863

See certificate of his virtue. Warned by the Pastor's Office on 5 April 1861 for spreading the Mormon heresy. Received certificate of no impediment to marriage in Annelöf __ on 27 November 1861. Has applied for reading of banns for himself and her.

Comment:

I understand that he wanted to marry the woman on line 2, Bothilda Åkesdotter, in her home parish Annelöf and applied for approval. The couple is then transferred to page 192 in the same book where the note about a warning for "momornism" is copied.
