I can do about half of it:
Maria Žalud
legitimate daughter of Wenzel Žalud, day-laborer in Perutz number 50, [... ... ...]; and his wife Maria, born Pleticha, of Perutz number 34; [... ... ...].

Thank you
could you advise would the selling of Zalud have changed ie is this the original spelling as I am not sure if this is the German or Czechia

The text is in German, but the spelling of the name is Czech, because German doesn't use a "z-hat" character.
But don't get attached to the notion of "original spelling". In a society where most people are illiterate, it's only the sound of the name that matters. How those sounds get represented in writing depends on the language and education of the writer, not on the people who actually have the name.

@Julia Szent-Györgyi While German doesn't have the háček, Austrians have always tried to spell names correctly. Only, they were, as you say, often illiterate and had zero idea what they were trying to say and/or write.
The whole text reads:
“Žalud Maria
ehel. Tochter des Wenzel
Žalud Taglöhners in Perutz
Nr 50, launer Bezirkshauptmann-
schaft und dessen Eheweib
Maria, geborene Pleticha aus Perutz
N. 34; launer Bezirks-
hptmschaft"
... legitimate daughter of Wenzel Žalud, day labourer in Perutz No 50, Launer District (Authority), and his wife Maria née Pleticha from Perutz No 34, Launer District (Authority)
Bezirkshauptmannschaft is actually an administrative authority of the general public administration in a certain area. In this case, the reference is to that area. Laun used to be an area in the Bohemian district of Saatz.

Žalud means "acorn" in Czech so it might have been the "original" Czech spelling
