Neumann
My relative is Maria Neumann. She was born in 1863 and married Jacob Kelle, 5 November in Gluckstal in 1885. She immigrated to the United States in 1893. Her Father is Fred Neumann, but I cannot find a death date. The only date of birth I have is 1837, but no idea of place. Her mother is Rosina Silar, born in 1841. I am trying to gather information about Fred and Rosina.

Sorry for the late reply! I'd first start by looking in the database found at https://blackseagr.org/....the database is on the main page on the right hand side. Search for all members of the family and see what you can find.
Do you know which religion your ancestors belonged to? If they were Lutheran/Reformed, the sources below would be the next steps. If they are Catholic, or another religion, let me know and I can see what other sources might be available.
You might start with these indexed records from Gluckstal that go from 1833-1885 (some might go to 1900).

Thanks for the information. I will start with the resources you have mentioned. In answer to what religion were Fred and Rosina, I don't know. In the obituary for Maria Neumann, their daughter, it states that they moved to Palestine to live for a year. So maybe Jewish? Not really sure why they would move to Palestine but it is interesting. I will attach the obituary so you can read it. My wife has looked at some of the resources and she could not find any siblings. We can find a marriage record for Maria to Jacob Kelle or Kolle, but no other siblings. Thanks for your help and I will keep trying as well.

Interesting. There was a large influx of Jewish immigrants from the Ottoman Empire, and later the Russian Empire into Palestine in the 1880s (known as the first Aliyah). The Gluekstal colony was primarily Lutheran though (see: https://library.ndsu.edu/ir/bitstream/handle/10365/32028/German-Russian%20Handbook.pdf?sequence=1&isAllowed=y) and I haven't heard of any Jews living in that area. I also wasn't able to find Gluekstal listed in the JewishGen Communities database. You could try searching the JewishGen database, or reaching out to the Bessarabia special interest group (https://www.jewishgen.org/bessarabia/), but I think the chances of them being Jewish would be low.
She was buried in Napoleon Cemetery though, which looks to be a Lutheran cemetery: https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/82551557/maria-kelle You mentioned that you had found the marriage record of Maria and Jacob - where was it from? That could give us a clue as to religion.
It also looks like there was some Lutheran missionary work going on in Jerusalem at the time, so perhaps that could be why the ended up there?
If they were only there for a year, they probably won't show up in any records, but you could search IGRA (Israel Genealogy Research Association)'s database at: https://genealogy.org.il/
