It also always helps to include a link to where you found the record online, as the image quality is generally better and it makes it possible to compare the handwriting to other entries. This record is actually a baptism, not a marriage, and states:
On 7 April, a little daughter of Jacob Dietz of Birlenbach and of Margretha, his wife, was baptized. The godparents were Christoph Härtel, the miller's son; a daughter of Michael Tettruch(?) the bellringer in St. Michael; and a surviving daughter of the deceased Mr. M. Ludtwig Gauettlern(?), former pastor in Rottbach [Rothbach, about 26 km SW of Birlenbach]. The child's name is Maria Margretha.
