FamilySearch Catalog has extensive civil records from Athens and Piraeus. You can look at what is available online but you must view the digital images at a Family History Center. Also, remember the records are handwritten in Greek. They are not name indexed or transcribed. You must have the exact name of your ancestor and the date of the record. For this reason, I suggest that you contact Gregory Kontos at GreekAncestry.net. He gives free 1/2 hour consultations and can assist you in developing a strategy to navigate the collection or help you with the research. The collection for Piraeus on FamilySearch is here, and you need to be logged in: https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/results?count=20&placeId=162973&query=%2Bplace%3A%22Greece%2C%20Peiraios%22.

@ericadamgerace1 Hello. Just wondering if you were able to find any of the civil registration records you are looking for in the catalog? You can access the catalog from the home page by clicking Search, then catalog from the drop down menu. In the place field, enter Greece, Peiraios. Then click search. This should take you to the link above.
Now try clicking on "Places within Greece, Peiraios" Do you know the name of the town your ancestor came from? Is it one of those listed? For example, I clicked on the town of Peiraios. It listed collections for the following subjects, Cemeteries, Church Records, and Civil Registration. I then clicked on the Civil Registration.
Now there are 2 collections shown in blue. You would probably be interested in the 1850-1937 collection, so click this. Scroll down and review the details of the films available. Are the ones you need listed?
As mentioned above you will need to be in a family history center or affiliate library to view the images. And as mentioned above they will be in greek.
Good luck with your research!
