Thank you for using FamilySearch and using community.

As far as we know, there is no archive here in Norway that keeps family Bibles. Most families keep them home as family gems. But I will check it out a little bit more, to make sure what I'm saying is correct.

Yes, you can save those here at FamilySearch as well. If you Google Familie Bibler I Norge, you might find some museums that keep them.
