Your TEMPLE reserves should be under the TEMPLE tab. Is that what you mean?

. . . But if you are talking about printed PDF's for temple cards - those are not stored on FS. which is why you should always keep a pdf copy on your computer.
Please clarify what it is you mean by "reserve file to go"

Here's a screen shot of it on the website. Are you asking how to see it on your phone?

Is this what you see:

If it is; then, you need to select the "Three Lines" ...

That will give you this; where, you can select you "Temple" File/List ...
.

That should at least enable you to "Print" the "Cards" and other things you want to do ...
.
Now ...

If that is the case; then, ...

Question: Is the "Zoom" of your "Browser" set at MORE than 100%?

If the the "Zoom" of your "Browser" set at MORE than 100%; then, "Reduce" that to 100%.
.
.
That may address/fix your problem/issue.

And, you should be able to now see the NEW "Top Line" Menu, with ALL the Functions [ ie. "Family Tree"; "Search"; "Memories"; "Indexing"; "Activities"; "Temple"; and, including, "Help"; "Messages"; and, "You" (ie. your "Display Name") ], normally; and, in the future.

ps: If that does not address/fix your problem/issue let us know - it could be the "Monitor" (ie. "Size") of your Screen; and, the "Resolution".
