Help with translation of year 1881 baptism record

Question: The date of birth in this baptism record can't be correct because it is six months after the baptism date. I think that most likely the birth date was 18 December 1880 (11 months after Rudolfo Mauro was born) and the scribe made a mistake when he wrote 1881 for the birth year. I think the parents of these two children are the same and the index for each record shows the correct baptism year for each child. What do you think?

Your explanation makes sense. Unfortunately you don't have death records to reference; I wonder if the first Rudolfo born in January died and they immediately had another baby (it would be a tight time frame between March and December though). But without corroborating records it's hard to know for sure what happened.
The godfather is Casimiro and the godmother is Giuseppa.
