About "Italy, Venezia, Venezia, Civil Registration (Tribunale), 1871-1930" (book missing)
Dear all,
I am studying my family history and couldn't find the book of 1910 in Birth registers in -> Veneza -> Portogruaro. The way is correct:

- -> Nati 1898-1911
But, when I am inside the book, and go to 1827 page ("Italia, Venezia, Venezia, Stato Civile (Tribunale), 1871-1930," images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-89WL-9GC9?cc=2043809&wc=MCRZ-BNL%3A349711501%2C349941501%2C349943101 : 22 May 2014), Venezia > Portogruaro > Nati 1898-1911 > image 1827 of 2015; Tribunale di Venezia (Venezia Court, Venezia") the curent year is already 1911, instead this, should be 1910.
Can you help me to find 1910's Nati book of Portogruaro (Veneza)?

Sometimes records are just not there. On image 1825 you see the previous section is births through 1909, and on image 1826 the next section is births beginning in 1911. So the 1910 records may not have been filmed because they were in poor condition or not present.
But these are the tribunale/state archive copies and the comune of Portogruaro should have their own copy of the 1910 records. Additionally, you can see from the FamilySearch catalog (https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/1025354?availability=Family%20History%20Library) that they have the 10-year index of births for Portogruaro, including from 1902-1911. Although they are only available on microfilm, if you know the name you are looking for in 1910 you can request FamilySearch to look in the index for you and provide the record number, then you can request that record from the comune of Portogruaro.
