Need Help Locating Birth Vizovice Birth Record

I am searching for my ancestor's birth record. His name is Jan Kasparek and he died in 1888 in Vizovice. I found his death record here: https://www.mza.cz/actapublica/matrika/detail/356?image=216000010-000253-003371-000000-004939-000000-FM-B09959-00250.jp2&

It looks like his age at the time of death is either 17, 27 or 37, which would mean he was born 1851, 1861 or 1871. His wife, Teresia Lutonsky was born in 1851 per this birth record: https://www.mza.cz/actapublica/matrika/detail/4791?image=216000010-000253-003371-000000-004912-000000-FM-B09953-01760.jp2&

While there are entries for "Jan Kasparek" in the index for both volumes, when I view the referenced pages, I don't see anything that looks remotely like a record for a child named, "Jan" with the last name, "Kasparek." His parents are Pavla Kasparek and Terezia Antonia Haba. Incidentally, I also found this volume that I believe contains Jan and Teresia's marriage record in 1878 but the page referenced in the index (page 35) is missing from the volume and I don't know how to obtain that page (I emailed Acta Publica for assistance but haven't received a response).

Any help with locating the birth record for Jan is much appreciated.

I am sorry this has taken so long to answer. First off Jan is an abbreviation for Johann. It can also be Joannes, Hans, Johannes, and Jana.

Keep emailing the Archive. They should be able to insert it into the records.

Have you gone page by page in the two records that you mentioned? What folios are the Jan Kasparek on? The number in the index is not the digital number but it is the folio number found on the top of the pages.
