Olof Rudqvist - assistance requested to understand what entry tells me about him
I am tracing a gentleman from Pennsylvania who is identified as George ANDERSON, alias Olof RYDQUIST - who I believe is Olof JACOBSSON born 31 July 1823. Somewhere there becomes a corruption in his birth date and it is listed in the records as 13 July 1823.
George ANDERSON died in 1896 in Renovo, Pennsylvania - after being removed from the church (and then reinstated) for bigamy.
What I'd like help with - is what this household survey actually tells me about him. I am struggling to interpret the smaller hand and little notes.
I've attached the death record entry which was recorded in Sweden - I'm hoping for a little clarification on what the last column tells me - I believe it is saying word of his death was received 27 September 1896 through the consulate in Philadelphia. (last entry)
George/Olof had a daughter and third wife still living at the time of his death in Pennsylvania - as well as a wife and daughter in Sweden - so I am assuming news of his death travelling back has estate implications. He did well in the US.
Thanks in advance - this is super helpful!!

The Swedish death record states that Olaf Rydqvist, born on 13 July 1823, died in Renovo, North America, according to a writing/letter from the Swedish and Norwegian vice consulate in Philadelphia from 27 Sep, he died in the "spring" of 1896.
The household record lists Olaf Rudquist as born in Ör on 13 July 1823, moved to Göteborgs Domkyrkoförsamling from Alingsås on 31 Jan 1861 with his family, and died in 1896. I can't make out the small handwritten note in the "moved out" (Utflyttat) column. @Liv Anderson2 , can you make out the note in the document? The household record is at https://app.arkivdigital.se/volume/v35184?image=351
His wife (Elin Lisa Petersdatter, born in Åmål on 25 July 1822) and oldest child (Maria, born in Gust. DKa [Gustavi Domkyrkoförsamlingen] on 31 Dec 1852, see image 259, linked) moved to Karl Johan parish [in Göteborg] on 11 Feb 1878.
His other children listed (Anders, born in Gust. DKa [Gustavi Domkyrkoförsamlingen] on 14 May 1856; Christina, born in Gust. DKa [Gustavi Domkyrkoförsamlingen] on 18 April 1859; and Mathilda, born in Gust. DKa [Gustavi Domkyrkoförsamlingen] on 30 Jan 1861) died before then (Anders died on 20 Feb 1862, Christina died on 2 March 1861, and Mathilda died on 22 Nov 1861).
The family (minus Mathilda) is also listed in the household books in Göteborgs Domkyrkoförsamling between 1847 and 1883 and in Alingsås stadsförsamling between 1856 and 1860. The couple is listed in Brålanda between 1845 and 1850; there are additional listings at MyHeritage (search is linked).

Liv says it looks like the note in the household record is stating that Olof didn't receive a certificate (to move/emigrate, probably) without his wife; it probably means that he just left for America, without official permission.

THANK YOU!!! I've searched everywhere for his leaving certificate - so that makes sense.
