Image 1 and the continuation on image 2:
(4) I think the record is a birth record #41 for Palma di Tommaso on 9 Apr 1881 with father Zopito Liberato di Tommaso and no mother listed.
(5) is a birth record #41 for Rosina Brandolini born 9 April 1884 to mother Adelina Durini and no father listed.
Am I correct?

The first one is a rectification of a birth certificate. Basically, Palma di Stefano -> Palma di Tommaso, correcting the paternal surname. The second one is another correction, but for the mother's surname. It's Adelina -> Durini.
