Are all italians in Catasto Austriaco lists (1845)?
I couldn't find my ancestor in Catasto list of Bagnolo di Po, Rovigo. The surname is Fedozzi. Does it mean the family lived in another city? or does it mean they didn't have properties to be registered?

In that province, in theory. There can be non-residents listed if they owned property there as well. That site's behind a loginwall, BTW.
