Help with Finishing/Checking Russian Birth Record Translation
Hi,
I did my best to translate this birth record from Belaya Tserkov (now in Ukraine) at the top. I'd appreciate help with the parts where I have question marks and corrections to anything else.
Plus, a strange question. Do you see "Fruma-Zelda" appear anywhere on the page? I'm asking because the original transcription listed this for the paternal grandfather name (which is very strange because these are feminine given names) and I have no idea where that came from!

What is the essence of what it says in the paragraph below the record (I don’t need the exact translation, just curious)?

The words above the dates are: Iюнь (June) (This uses the old "I" which in this case looks a lot like a '"Y" but the little dot on top helps see that it is an "I.") and Тамузъ (Tammuz)
I agree that БЦ is probably an abbreviation for Belaya Tserkov.
бѣлоцерковского общества - genitive adjectival form of Belaya Tserkov - of the Community of Belaya Tserkov.
The paragraph below the record is something that they usually do at the end of every month where the just sum up how many females were born, how many males were born, and how many total children were born in that month. In this case there were 15 females, 23 males, and 38 total children born in June.

P.S. I don't see Fruma-Zelda (or anything that even looks like that) anywhere on that page either! I have no idea where that came from. Maybe it was some kind of error when they were inputting the transcriptions into typed form?
