Help reading this birth record in 1683 16 Oct.

I need help reading this record. I think it's a man named Michael Vielter (on his marriage record in 1676 he is referred to as Michael Filter the elder and he is married to Engel Schwartz the daughter of Andreas Schwartz).

I cannot make out the child's name or gender, unless it's the one that looks like Davitt, or the wife's name. Witnesses I can make out as Gregor Schwartz (mostly from knowing the towns other records; it would be Engel Schwartz' younger brother)

The line at the end also looks to me to say something about Michael Vielter the elder. Thank you for any additional information from this record. I appreciate it.

Hanß ___. und Jochim Borchhart: Krügers Jochim Lamms Haußfrau? Adam Mattias Meister Müller zu Masso elich Hausfrau

Anno 1683 den agten? December. Michel Vilter der alter ein Kind tauffen lassen und Andreass nennen laßen.

Translation:

In the year 1682, on 16 October Michel Vilter the younger had his child baptized and named Davitt (=David). Sponsors were the administrator Michel S_verrin. Gregor Svartz. Hanß Lemmeke?. Und Jochim Borchhard: Innkeeper Jochim Lamms wife, the wife of Adam Mattias, master miller at Masso(w).

In the year 1683, on 8? December Michel Vilter the elder had his child baptized and named Andreas.
